The only influence from DA:2 is the aspect that EVERYONE complained about... the rails and the tiny re-used platformy tilesets/cells/platforms with glass walls and cliffs holding you on those rails. :( And YES The Husks!! I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing them!!

Why would you dislike a game on every level and then decide to play it. A lot of you people seem to be forcing yourself to watch and play stuff you don't want to for content and views.

This gameplay looks explosive and chaotic. If you told me this was a Wonder Woman game I'd believe you. But I do suspect I'll like it since I'm a Mass Effect guy. I think I'll play Origins after I finish INQUISITION to see what this series was like.

I told everyone years ago that they were disrespecting Dragon Age Origins and that it is WAY better of a game than everyone was saying. Now this game comes along and it looks even worse. Also...please dont use Dragon Age 2 as an example of how a DA game should be. That game was so linear that imight as well have hadd 100 foot walls lining the paths you can travel through. Inquisition was better than 2. It had tactical combat as well. You could plan attacks, move characters from the tactical menu, and set up soells and healing. 2 didnt have any of that. So the order is Origins, Inquisition, then 2. So all this game has to be is better than 2 and I think it is fine.

I have this urge to start a fresh new save to get ready for Shattered Space but I'm also wondering if the expansion adds more than just a new questline & new location. I'm honestly kind of disappointed with the mods right now but I guess modders need more time to pump out the good stuff.

I had an amazing time with Starfield, so much fun. I really can't understand where all the hate is coming from. 100% the least buggy Bethesda game ever released lol never encountered anything note worthy being a Bethesda veteran. Pretty much all the crying was about minor criticisms like the map and the main quest having some repetitive quests (but it's a Bethesda game so...)

I don't have history with Dragon Age but I am going through INQUISITION right now and while I'm unimpressed with what I'm playing I still want to finish what I'm playing because the story basically continues in The Veilguard and I've heard a lot of good things about the DLCs. I'm still unsure if I'll even play Veilguard. That being said I'm hoping for the best. The Mass Effect Fanboy in me wants BioWare to hit the ground running on The Next Mass Effect ASAP cause I need that and hopefully both Veilguard and The Next Mass Effect deliver.

Veilguard doesn't feel like Dragon Age anymore. Waiting ten years, was a waste of time, ripping Dragon Ages -soul from it's core.. those peeps didn't want to make a Dragon Age. 1. Everyone is into everyone, dumbest decision. They created robots not realistic people with preferences and feelings. I miss those times when I had to play a man to romance Morrigan, or a male Inquisitor for Dorian. Just because those pansexuals wants to be seen EVERYWHERE, make EVERYONE pan isn't the solution. I am all for individuality 1-2 pansexuals would be enough tho. I want straight,gay and bisexual characters not robots who wants to romance everyone. 2. Only three instead of four WHY if I want to play Mass Effect I would. 3. Artstyle 🤮 Veilguard is made for nowadays teens peeps that didn't spend their youth playing Dragon Age Origins,Mass Effect.. Guess it's best to wait for a huge sale and buy it for less than 40 bucks. I will buy/play it need to know ehat happens to us Solasmancers/SOLAVELLAN and I also want to romance the grey warden guy Davrin/Darvin

my critiques about veilguard 1. taking away the companion control which was a staple of dragon age 2. the limiting of the abilities 3. the whole you can romance everyone as any gender/race/class it somewhat takes away from the replay value 4. the combat if they were going to make it very action they should of did what FF7R and rebirth did make it action but have some tactics to it 5. the artstyle here is the thing the footage makes the characters look one way but pictures I am seeing of them looks different

It just has a super small resolution for me, can't change it in game there's no other options. Changing it in the steam properties page does nothing so I don't know what's up.

Ive successfully got SRM setup & working on my PC, everything works well when launching the game & my ps4 controller is recognized through input mapper but I was wondering if there was a way to do this through steam link on my ipad? I'm able to launch my rom & steam recognizes the inputs of the ps4 controller through the ipad but they aren't passed through to the emulator. im not sure what I should be doing to get this to work

Hey great video however, I can not get my steam controller to synchronize with my steam deck. Is a setting or do not need to use the dongle to make this happen since Bluetooth is not working for me.

What about user glob? The presets only have GBA and gba for advance games. Just wondering since I did everything thing in this video and the games just fail to load in game mode.

Thanks man! I'm a bit tech challenged, at least when it comes to navigating through all the different software in devices these days. But I'm learning. Turns out, this was pleasingly simple for someone who was fully grown when pong first hit the streets. And that's thanks to your straightforward instructions. I had to go back into Windows and remove/reinstall my pro controller. And, it plays the game but doesn't seem to want to navigate around steam client app. However, that's no different from the wired xbox one controller I was using. You were a big help to this old gamer. 👍🤘

My games using around 8400mb of memory to run which is causing it to crash (using a 16gb ram), anyone else having a similar issue? or do I just need to upgrade it?

Gryzor (Japanese version of Contra) is the full version. Intro cutscene, and moving background trees e.t.c. There's an english patched version of it online, but doesn't work with "Nestopia." I tried "puNES" and that worked. Just thought I'd mention that here. Maybe puNES for Gryzor, and Nestopia for everything else.

I got my Phantom Gaming 7900XTX yesterday, and it's horrible in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It's micro stuttering whenever I move my head making me feel sick. My 1080ti is flawless. I should have watched your video first.

When I try to play the game from the library, it tries to launch something but then returns to the library, Im going to double-check the commands. Also, I tired to open the Snes9x from the desktop mode, I mapped the deck buttons for the joypad, but when I open the rom, none of the buttons seem to work Edit: turns out I was putting the Command Line Arguments into the Executable Modifier. Now the game launchs. However, the controls aren't being registered at all.

my movement controls briefly cut off and my character as a result can't move. I have to hold the steam button just so they can start moving again. Anyone know how to fix that?

Valve botched the Steam Controller big time. Such a missed opportunity. Tbf, I have several problems with the Steam Input mapper that also affect the DS4 and DualSense; it probably would make me dislike the Steam Deck if I had one. I still use my Steam Controller pretty often even though my controller is a bit busted now; left touchpad click and left grip button don't work well anymore.
